References to a “$100,000 goal” describe the objective our coaching program is designed around — they are a goal, not a promise, projection, or guarantee.

Case studies are not typical results

The deals, dollar figures, and case studies described on this site (including refinance proceeds, purchase prices, rents, and appraisal values) are real results from Jesse Wright’s own investing business, achieved over more than a decade of full-time work. They are shown as examples of what the strategies can produce — not as typical, average, or expected results for students. Many people who purchase education or coaching do not complete the work and earn nothing.
