In 2013, Jesse Wright was 23 years old with $10,000 in the bank — finally debt-free and wondering how to make that money grow instead of just sit there. Foreclosures were everywhere. He found a house listed at $20K, negotiated it to half price, fixed it up with his family’s help, and placed his first tenant.
